Lab & mini pilot unit

TTBS' technologies are developed and optimized within the laboratory and assisted by a mini pilot installation.
TTBS has all necessary equipment to conduct research and to evaluate new processes using its mini pilot plant, which can operate at a rate of 1 to 10 kg/h with input materials.
Each new process is systematically studied by scanning the optimal process parameters. By doing this, the process parameters are examined, optimized and fixed.

Once the parameters have been defined beforehand through the lab tests and the mini pilot unit, the process is tested on the pilot plant.
This test phase has several objectives since it allows on the one hand to demonstrate the process operations continuously and on the other hand to validate the defined and optimized process parameters which will be applied for a future industrial operation.
Our pilot unit is mobile and can be installed directly on the customer's site depending on their needs.

The test period can take 10 to 20 working days depending on the raw material of the client and its needs.
Thanks to its pilot plant unit with capacity of 100 kg/h as input materials and its dedicated skilled team, TTBS provides a full technical testing report and clear demonstration of its production process performance to the customers by generating all required data for the design and supply of the industrial unit at the targeted capacity.

Together with its partners, TTBS is able to supply a complete production unit on site plug and play. Such validation is important to gain full confidence in the success of the industrial operations.
The demo plant aims to demonstrate and validate in terms of performance, cost-effectiveness and reliability of an industrial process for marketing. By this way, marketable products can be produced and brought to the market for specific applications testing before widely marketed.
