1. Sizing
Determining the capacity and scale of the system based on the required treatment volume and resource recovery rates. This step ensures that the system can handle the necessary water flow and chemical extraction.
2. Design
Creating detailed engineering plans for the treatment process, equipment layout, and control systems. This includes selecting appropriate technologies for water treatment, phosphate, and lithium recovery.
3. Implementation
Installing the treatment system. This phase involves procurement of equipment, construction, and integration of the system into the operational environment.
